Approach
Three Steps to Success
1/ Regulation First Pathway
Healing doesn’t begin with insight alone.
It begins when the nervous system feels safe enough to receive support.
The brain and body are intricately connected. When the nervous system is overwhelmed, the body holds tension, protective patterns, and unfinished survival responses. In those states, even the most thoughtful therapy can feel exhausting or ineffective.
In my practice, we start with regulation, because without it, therapy often asks too much of a system that’s already working hard
2 / Redefining Therapy: A Sacred Trio
Instead of relying primarily on insight or effort, healing unfolds through what I consider a sacred trio:
-
Neurofeedback, to support nervous system regulation at the level of the brain
-
Somatic work, to help the body release tension and integrate safety
-
Therapeutic relationship and secure attachment, so support can be felt and received
When the nervous system has shifted into safety, the therapeutic relationship lands differently. Attunement is felt in the body. Support doesn’t overwhelm. Secure attachment becomes a lived experience rather than an idea.
From this place, nurture can be received on the deepest level — allowing the system to update itself naturally
3 / What Therapy Looks Like
Therapy in my practice supports integration rather than carrying the full weight of change.
We use therapy to:
-
Make sense of the shifts that emerge through regulation
-
Build trust with your internal experience
-
Support embodiment and emotional range
-
Strengthen relational and attachment safety
You won’t be asked to relive trauma or endlessly analyze your past.
We move at the pace your nervous system can actually hold.
Healing happens through safety, not force
